ISO: texas red hot sauce

Misc.
I am looking for a Hot Dog sauce that is served as a sauce on a steamed hot dog.(in a bun) I ate it mainly in Hotdog stands in Buffalo N.Y Most of these stands were owned and operated by People of Greek background. I would love to taste it again. I know it had ground beef in it.
