Recipe(tried): Lynne's Dark and Moist Gingerbread - Variation

Desserts - Cakes
I discovered Lynne's Dark Moist Gingerbread recipe two or three years ago on this site. My friend wanted me to make it again, but I couldn't find the recipe in my old emails, so I worried I would have to use a different recipe.

Luckily though, she still had a copy on her computer. I decided to see if it was still posted here--- I couldn't find it when I Google'd "gingerbread cake," but when I found the recipe at my friend's house I Google'd again- this time using "dark gingerbread" and here it is! It is nice to know it is still out there for people to fortuitously stumble upon.

This is the best gingerbread ever. If you use Blackstrap Molasses, it comes out super dark and delicious. When I made it before, I also made Lemon Curd to go with it and they were SO yummy together!

Thank you, Lynne, for sharing your wonderful delicous recipe.
