ISO: Thanksgiving dinner for two

I also want to cook a Thanksgiving dinner for two for my boyfriend, but I don't want to cook a whole turkey. My boyfriend is not big on fowl (such as chicken, duck, turkey etc...). He loves beef; are there some recipes out there where I won't have a lot of leftovers? Thanks,
