ISO: The Amish Cook's Peanut Butter Cookie Recipe (from the Elizabeth Coblentz newspaper column)

Looking for her peanute butter cookie recipe - not very many ingredients as i recall, I believe she published it in the paper about 3 years ago or so. If anyone has this recipe I sure would appreciate your help - heartbroken that I lost it!
