Glady's WOW! I love the wealth of information & especially the puerto rican recipes you have so generously added to this site. I am a newcomer & wished I had found this site sooner. A lot of the recipes i tried finding in the past, you have provided here.

I was hoping you had a recipe for caldo de pescado. I think that's how it's called. I used to have it at the beaches of Humacao on the side of the road there was a Kiosko & they would make this Fish broth that would knock your socks off....It would kill any illness one would have :)
