ISO: Too many mandarins and oranges

In our backyard are some mandarin and orange trees. For the first time in years they have produced a bumper crop. My problem is there are too many! Can I freeze the fruit or the juice or does someone have some ideas for recipes that use LOTS of mandarins and oranges? Any ideas would be much appreciated, and if the recipes are children friendly my kids would love it too :-)
