ALL-PURPOSE CHILI SAUCE
1 pound red chili peppers, washed and dried
2 cups rice vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup salt
1/3 cup sake
1 cup garlic cloves, peeled
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until a thick paste is formed.
Use to add some pizzazz to stir-fries.
