ISO: uncooked bone in picnic ham

i have a 5 1/2# uncooked bone in picnic ham and do not know to prepare for dinner. I have had them w/a mustard rub but do not know how to do it. If you can Help quickly I would appreciate it. I would like to cook for dinner tonight. I also have a roastisiere can i use it?
