ISO: Velvet Turtle's Wally's Delight

Does the Velvet Turtle restaurant still exist? I remember well Wally's Delight...stuffed petite lobster tails and would like to recreate (better yet, if they're still around visit and have them cook!) the recipe. Anyone know?
