ISO: Want Recipe for Couscous & Lamb

Misc.
Hi,

I once lived with a couple of French people who cooked us the most delicious dinner which involved lamb and couscous. I seem to remeber that it took a few hours to cook and that the lamb was possiblly cooked in the bottom of a pan in soome sort of lamb gravy and the couscous was steamed so it got all the flavours of the lamb.

The flavours were absolutely amazing. Does anyone have any idea what this recipe was. I am presuming that it is Maroccan
