ISO: Warm Flourless Chocolate Waffle

Misc.
Warm Flourless Chocolate Waffle served at Sweetwater Tavern, of Washington DC metro area. Owned by the Great American Restaurant company.

This is one of my favorite desserts at one of my favorite restaurants. Basically I love chocolate. But this is so different than the usually chocolate brownie sundae. I am dying for the recipe. If any of you out there can create a knock off and send me the recipe that would be great. I bought a chocolate waffle mix from a gourmet store, and it didn't quite match up. I guess it's probably the amount of eggs and the absence of the flour that makes the waffle taste so good.
