HARD STUFF BARBEQUE SAUCE3/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup bourbon (Jack Daniels by choice)
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Whisk to blend well.
