ISO: Whole wheat bread question

I need help with 100% whole wheat flour bread recipe. It does not rise as well as bread flour. I am considering adding Gluten but I don't know how much. How much gluten should I add for three cups of whole wheat flour? Is it the same for Spelt flour?
