ISO: Wichita Granite City Grilled Asian Chicken Salad with Szechwan Peanut Sauce and Crispy Wonton Strips
Misc.I have eaten this "Grilled Asian Chicken Salad" at the Wichita Granite City Food and Brewery. I CRAVE this salad.. It has marinated grilled chicken, flash saut ed in a Szechwan peanut sauce, served over an Asian salad of shredded iceberg lettuce, cilantro, cabbage, cucumbers, shredded carrots & crispy wonton strips tossed in a fresh lime & sesame dressing. Does ANYONE have a recipe for this?????? Please....
