ISO: Wings n Things Bread (Thank You: Wings n Things recipe exact)

Thank you to those from San. Dog and the recipes. Im living in Georgia now and really miss it. I made the recipe and it came out exactly like the stores wings. Could someone find out about the bread. I have tried using the frozen bread u get from the store and cut into strips. Its close but I think its what they top it with that makes it good.
