ISO: Winking Lizard Goldfinger Wing Sauce

I would like to know how to make a wing sauce similar (or exactly) like the Winking Lizard's 'Goldfinger' wing sauce. It is golden in color, very flavorful and spicy but not over-the-top need a bucket of water hot.

It is rotated on and off the menu, but it is awesome. Can anyone help?
