Thank You: Baked Cushaw and Cushaw Cake for Candy - I forgot to thank you

Misc.
Meg- I forgot to thank you for the recipe. I have passed it along to many of my customers who are in search of recipes for the use of cushaw and other pumpkins. I get A+feedback. I have adapted it to use with many other pumpkin varieties. Especially the wonderfully edible Long Island Cheese variety, Long storage life and good to freeze. Once again, thanks. Candy McDonald Owner- Harvest Time Farm Stand, Bourbonnais IL.

Anyone else with recipes that I can pass along using our wonderful unique and historical varieties of pumpkins and squash, I'd love to hear your feedback. Especially old family recipies that have been lost in our hustle bustle world.
