Recipe: Lemon Poppy Seed Bread (using cake mix)

LEMON POPPY SEED BREAD

1 (2-layer-size) package lemon cake mix
1 (4-serving-size) package lemon instant pudding mix
1 cup lemon-lime soda (7-Up or water)
4 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup poppy seeds

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 2 (9-by-15-inch) loaf pans.

Combine the dry cake mix with the remaining ingredients and stir until all is moist. Pour into prepared pans.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Makes 2 loaves
