Recipe: Macaroni Grill Roasted Lemon Vinaigrette

Good afternoon. I hope this is what you are looking for.

MACARONI GRILL ROASTED LEMON VINAIGRETTE

1/4 cup red wine vinegar
3 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 oz roasted garlic
3/4 cup virgin olive-oil
1/2 lemon, juiced (no seeds)

Place the first 4 ingredients in a a food processor. puree till the garlic is chopped fine. With the processor still running, add olive-oil & lemon juice. refriderate until ready to use.

Lisa, if you do not have a proceesor you can employ a blender, it will do the job for you. If you do not have a blender, do it my way... place the garlic & salt in a morter/pestle device. add the salt. crush with pestle till it is one mass. mix in olive-oil mix... & mix in lemon juice then honey.

As an option you can add a little dried herbs of your choice, however, I do believe oregano & basil is best in this case.
