Thank You: Cathy Thanks so................

Misc.

much for all the recs.I think I might battle to find the bonito flakes at the
moment for the dashi but will go and speak to my friends a t RB,s Theatre of
food(a newly opened exotic food store near me)and see if he can locate a
source,as I said I do by miso, sushi rice and I can get the seaweed from him,I
did look at an odd looking pkt whilst ther yesterday(he also flys fresh fish in
from the coast daily which is great, his Tuna is wonderful!!!!!!)it was long and
looked like a jellow roll of some wrapping material,as it had Japenese writing
on I was none the wiser!!!!!.
Perhaps you could let me some some on -line sources for these products or
surgest some brand names so I could source some of the ingridients. They have
just opened an oriental food store in Cape town speciallising in Japenese and
most asian products(Japanese cuisine is definately becoming very popular here,I
think a lot of it s appeal is in the low-fat and attractiveness of the food)I
hope to go to Cape town soon and will definately go and visit.
I really do appreciate you posting me the rec,and all the info.and I hope I can
produce some thing that would credi t you.(i wish you could be here and show me
how you cook and present a Japenese meal
Yours(in experimental mode!!!!)
Julie
