Thank You: Eggplant / Aubergine Jam

This is my second year of preserving the jam and it preserves well. It does have lemon juice as well as quarters of whole lemon in the cooking process. I love this website. I love cooking and preserving and this gives me new ideas. I love to try and create my own recipes.
