Thank you so much for the recipe! I'll give it a go this weekend. How does your daughter like the UK? London is better for finding American products- most are unheard of up here. I don't know when I'll get to see an El Chico's again- I've been here 5 years now and I don't see a trip back in the near future, but maybe one day! :)
