The chorizo and oil will be omitted, but I'm sure the recipe will taste wonderful regardless. I don't think I have ever heard of pumpkin and lentils together! I'll probably be using butternut squash in its place as there is one in my root veggie basket that needs to be used. I just took Lemon Scented Biscotti out of the oven after its first baking to cool before slicing for the second baking. House smells divine!-Micha
