Thank you Kelly, you made my day, I made this wine too and I learned you have to have a heavy baloon, I used one of the kids balloons the first time, it came off in the middle of the night and sprayed the whole ceiling, then I bought a heavy balloon and tied it on, as you say, it is something to watch.
