Thanks for the reply, Charlotte! I can't believe I posted originally in 2007 and found your 2020 follow up! Thank you for the tips! I have also tried adding a little Trader Joe's 'vegan chicken-less' seasoning plus extra black pepper (I recall it having a lot of pepper??)...

PS- I think I had a different email address back in 2007 so never got an alert to your response. I'll watch for any follow ups! :)
