Thank You: Pizzelle Recipe from Rival Booklet

Thank you very much for the recipe. My Mom recently passed away and I could not locate her recipe, it was probably in her head after all of these years of making them. THe week prior to her passing she made these for my cousin, her nephew, who is now serving in Iraq. He and all the service men in his group really enjoyed them and had put in a request for more to be sent regularly. I'm trying to fulfill their wish and you have made it easy for me to do now.
