Misc.recipes look great. I did get the Beet Risotto - sorry I didn't post it sooner.
If you love beets, I've got some unique beet recipes from a new vegetarian
cookbook that are really tasty. If you'd like, I'll post them for you.
I have a Beet Raita recipe that I serve when I make curry. Some people can't
get past the color. I think it's beautiful. And it's really playful served with
Saffron Basmati Rice - you know the golden yellow and the bright pepto-bismal
pink.
This rattatouille recipe looks really nice. Baking it is a great idea. I like
low-fat approaches where possible. I will definetly give this a try. I will be
getting a mandoline soon so I will try to do something with that and this
ratatouille recipe of yours. Thank you so much!
