Misc.

I adore beets,I,m getting some really nice baby ones from my green grocer at
the moment,they,re brilliant guys,portuguse in origin(another cuisine I
love.they gave me a lovely rec,for stone soup which I,ll post if you like)They
allways tell me when they,re bringing in anything unusual which is great.I,de
love the beet recs and the beet raita sounds delicious,I,m making a
aubergine, potatoe and pasrnip curry tonight so I think that would go \really
well with it.
I also like to follow low fat methods when cooking veggies so the real flavours
come out,I ve got some really nice squash recs I,ll post later for you.Til then
have a wonderful day.
love Julie
