Nicole! Thank you sooo much for posting this recipe! I used to live in San Diego (where there was a Sri Chimnoy restaurant) and the Neatloaf was my favorite dish of all time! I still drive down to San Diego time to time just for this dish...that's a 3 hour drive! Now I can make it at home...Hooray!
