Thank you SOOOOOO much for posting this recipe! I have loved Neatloaf for years--it's the only thing I ever get when I go to Sri Chimnoy's restuarant here in San Diego, and now I can make it at home!! I haven't tried making it yet, but after reading the other replies, I feel confident that this recipe will come out tasting just right--I'm so excited!!
