Oh my God, THANK YOU!! I have been looking for this recipe for years - since I left SF and used to eat at Ananda weekly. It is totally the same recipe - tastes the same, looks the same! Seriously bizarre ingredients though - I would NEVER have guessed what it had in it. Before this one, I tried like 30 different web recipes trying to duplicate Ananda's neatloaf - always failed...I guess because I didn't think the recipe would include commercialized items like Lipton soup mix and Special K!
