What a great idea Jeanne! I never thought of cooked veggies. I have always wondered how to freeze uncooked veggies for later and fruit though...
Also, Page, I didn't see your post earlier, we have generally the same idea, huh? I never thought of chicken though, I will have to try it. (I must confess, I am sort of hooked on those big bags of frozen boneless chicken breasts that you get in the supermarket-I buy big bags of drumsticks (hubby likes) and wings (I like) as well.)
