Recipe: Orange-Honey Butter (using orange juice concentrate)

ORANGE-HONEY BUTTER

1 cup butter, softened
1/3 cup honey
2 teaspoons grated fresh orange peel
1 tablespoon frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed

In medium bowl, combine butter, honey, orange peel and orange juice concentrate. Beat until smooth.

Makes enough for 2 loaves of bread (about 1 1/3 cups)
