Thanks y'all--Amazon.com has plenty of ZYLISS gadgets, although not that can opener but now that I know how to spell it surely I'll be able to find one. This cookbook ($50 Dinner Party, a great book) has it misspelled in several places--perhaps she was thinking of Xerox. I look forward to opening cans with confidence and style.
