SCALLOPED POTATOES
2 cups heavy cream
1 (5.2 ounce) package Herb and Garlic Boursin Cheese
3 lbs. red potatoes, sliced very thin and not peeled
Salt and pepper, to taste
Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
Put heavy cream and cheese in saucepan over medium-low flame until cheese melts.
Layer 1/2 of sliced potatoes in a 9x13-inch baking dish, putting salt and pepper on each layer. Pour 1/2 of the cream mixture over top. Repeat layer.
Bake at 400 degrees F for 1 hour.
