Recipe: Terri's Pimento Cheese (Crescent Moon Cafe, Knoxville)
Appetizers and SnacksTERRI'S PIMENTO CHEESE
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese
2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese
1 cup diced pimentos
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
5 drops Tabasco sauce
Combine ingredients in mixer and blend until creamy.
Makes 6-8 servings
