Joyce, thank you so much! I think that is what I am looking for! I appreciate you posting it, and I can't wait to try it!

Linda, to answer your question, pineapple salsa is a wonderful condiment for a grilled chicken, fish, pork chop, or even shrimp dinner. It adds a real tropical flair to what might otherwise be a bland dish, and is surprisingly versatile. I was at the California Cafe several months ago an had grilled swordfish that was served with a garnish of this salsa...simply outstanding!
