I would say that it had been raining copiously for the last 10 days in the whole island, particularly in Ponce. At least, I am sure that my home is not subject to flooding. But many homes high in the mountains suffered from parts of the ground in the mountains descending like in an earthquake. That happened in the town of LARES.
