Thankyou. Can you e-mail me the recipe for potatoes with cheese etc sauce.

I have been experimenting with recipes for Papas a la Huacaina (spelling a bit odd I know)but all my efforts have proved unpalatable. We had to advertise the menu months in advance, so now I am committed to chicken, probably cold, and salads/side dishes with a hint of Peru. That is why I hit on Papas...(potatoes) which seems to be a national dish. Since I don't know what cheese to use or what kind of chilli I seemed doomed to failure. I have to come up with detailed instructions for our committe members to work from by 25 July. Our members live in the English country side, age profile 45+, willing to try something different if it does not knock their taste buds out.

I could send you some recipes from Wiltshire if you are interested.
