Thanks to eveyone for answering! I just got a meat order and I get to go with the butcher and cut up my order (lots of fun) So my order is really custom done. I even ground my own ground beef. It is VERY lean. When I just fry it in a pan I get NO fat at all. My husband can't wait to get some burgers fliped. Again, thanks !
