I just tried this cream sauce recipe and it tastes all to me like the real thing. We went to Carrabba's on Christmas eve and had the Lobster Raviolli. I know your post is over a year old, but someone else may be looking for this. I sure was. Thanks, both of you! I will be going today to see if Sams Club has the same lobster raviolli.
