Thank You: Vanilla Wafer Cake - Thank You!!!
Misc.ADVERTISEMENT
Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!!!!!!! I am a Pastry Chef by trade and I tasted this cake at someones house and asked for the recipe. They seemed reticent to give me the recipe so I thought I would try to make it myself. But having 20 years experience with heirloom and family recipes, I know the pitfalls that can arrise. My Aunt Noel has the best recipe for mac and cheese with only five ingredients but it took me 2 years to master it and get her approval saying that I surpassed her mac and cheese and it has become my own. Thank You!!! Recipes like this are a treasure to family and friends and if lost they are a little piece of our love and caring that has been lost as well. I will try and write you back to let you know if it was what I had before.
