Recipe: Weight Watchers Banana-Peach Smoothie (WW points=3)

BANANA-PEACH SMOOTHIE

1 (16 ounce) can sliced peaches, undrained
1 medium ripe banana
2/3 cup soy milk
1/2 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
2 ice cubes

Drain peaches, reserving 1/4 cup juice.

Place peaches, reserved juice, and remaining ingredients in a blender, and process until mixture is smooth.

Yield: 3 servings (serving size: about 1 cup).

Points: 3; Exchanges: 2 fruit, 1/2 lean meat.

Per serving: cal146 (10 % from fat); pro 4.2 g; fat 1.6 g (sat 0.5 g); carb 30.8 g; fib 2.6 g; chol 2 mg; iron 0.8 mg; sod 61 mg; calc 127 mg.
