Thank You: Vidalia onion spinach salad

Hi Gladys, thanks for taking the time to look for my requested recipe. The one you posted looks like one I will try, however it's not the exact on I'm looking for. It has baby spinach, bacon, sliced onions and some type of fried battered onions balls the size of a nickle in it.
I tried Vidalia onion salad dressing for the first time 2 weeks ago, and I am addicted to it! So now I want to try this salad with two types of onions and with some vidalia dressing of course!If anyone out there knows what salad I just described, PLEASE, PLEASE PLEASE TELL ME!
