I thank you for your help :) It is not what I am looking for...I have come close to making it... just not right... I use much of what you sent along with my spaghetti sauce, beef broth and a dash of red chili peppers (fresh ground) , a dash or so of mustard and tad of Worcestershire ... I ended up with a good tasting sauce, but had a little to much tomato taste and my dash of pepper was a tad long :)))... One of the tricks is to steam the buns.
