Recipe(tried): Toledo Hot Dog Sauce

Toledo Hot Dog Sauce
1 pound hamburger
1/2 to 1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon ground cumin seed
water
1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
salt
dash of cayenne pepper
black pepper
fresh garlic

Add enough water to cover meat. Heat until it begins to boil. Mash it with a potato masher until fine. Add paprika chili powder and ground cumin seed and garlic. Stir in salt to taste. Simmer 1/2 hour to 45 minutes.
