Thanks for the response. I am interested in trying your suggestion of using my own coffee cake recipe and increasing the fat content of heavy whipping cream if you will tell me how to do that. Even if it's not exactly like what we had before it would have to be delicious so it's definitely worth a try. Thanks again for responding so quickly and happy new year to you.
