ISO: Devonshire Coffee Cake

I am looking for a recipe for Devonshire Coffee Cake. It is a coffee cake topped with a pecan glaze and filled with Devonshire cream. We bought one of these in NC and loved it. I would love to find a recipe so I can make it at home. Thanks.
