Recipe(tried): Pumpkin Pecan Bread Loaf

PUMPKIN SPICE BREAD LOAF

3 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 allspice
2 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 cup packed dark brown sugar
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350.

Mix 1st 6 ingredients. Set aside.

In another bowl, beat eggs together with pumpkin, brown sugar, oil. Blend well. Add flour and mix until just moistened. Gently stir in raisins and nuts.

Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake 1 1/4 hours.
