Ooooh!!! Thank you so very much!!! I absolutely love baking, I always have. I'm also a sugar junkie despite having blood sugar problems. Thankfully I'm not actually a diabetic, I have hypoglycemia. However, if I don't take care of this issue correctly then I risk becoming a very bad diabetic. My husband regularly scolds me about my sugar consumption.

I think I'm going to throw something in a crock pot for supper, tell my teen boys to enjoy hot pockets for lunch, and spend my day with these recipes, paper, and pen and add some to my recipe book.
